WHY: This very successful
hotel complex has become a major drawcard in the ‘Eat Street Precinct’ of the
Toowoomba CBD. It provides an authentic Irish pub
atmosphere plus many other features including fine dining; excellent beer
garden with a northern aspect; a variety of private function spaces and discretely located gaming area.
A most successful reuse of two ageing buildings as a commercially vibrant,
cultural centrepiece.
