HOW: By turning a tilt-up concrete box into a simple building which speaks of
the business
WHEN: 1994
WHERE: Ruthven Street, Toowoomba, Queensland
WHY: Mullet Gut Marine originally operated from a converted house on what is now
the car park. Due to the success and necessary expansion of the business, this
new facility was commenced. What began and was originally approved as a simple
concrete and glass building has been subtly changed via minimal architectural
input into a delightful building full of fishing
and boating imagery.
This is a perfect example of the benefit gained through the use of an Architect.
